I have been doing them using a bar across the squat rack every other time. This time I was facing the wall with toes on wall, hands about 12" from wall.<br />Squats straight wore me out...LOL...<br />Taped hands before starting to try to keep my fresh skin, tape was trashed after 15 PU's, so I had to get it off.
