One of my biggest weaknesses is...Well, that sucked. One of my biggest weaknesses is keeping good forma dn ROM on OHS's. I scaled to 95# and went nice and easy. After about 13 reps, I had to drop the weight because form was startign to suffer. I snatched it back up overhead, and could not regain form to save my life....Scale back to 75#...Finished the WOD with 75#. Pull Ups were all strict CTB! Clock ran continuously through the plate change and all....11:55.
