My Shoulders are...BS- 215<br />SP- 95<br />DL- 345<br /><br />CFT- 655<br /><br />My Shoulders are super-weak....LOL...My Right side could push more, but the left side was not putting any more up (I failed at 125 and 115).<br /><br />This was my first time doing back squats with any weight since 1998...LOL...Failed with 225<br /><br />Deadlift felt easy at 345, but the form was not that good. I came up with my legs too quick and used a lot more back than I should have. I still need to work on form I guess. I recorded a vid of it, and it is plain as day!<br /><br />On another note, I think I wrote 705 on the whiteboard instead of 655....Just want to be honest.
