Here is the am...pull ups are a weakness of mine....<br />Here is the amount of time it took me to do each round....<br /><br />1st round: 6:08<br />2nd round: 21:08<br />3rd round: 38:04<br /><br />Total time was 1 hr 5 minutes and 20 seconds. I will admit that I did not rush this as fast as I could have. I was trying to get our 15 year old to do it with me and helping him out as well....Last round I was kipping the pull ups 5 at a time.
