Did day 2 of the NorCal OnRamp curriculum before doing the WOD.Working on form...75/95/115/115/115Timed it, wasn't sure if we were supposed to but I did all 5 sets of 3 in 6:20.Next time I do these, I am going to start at about 135. Felt real good once I had the feel for it!
