1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Lots of room for improvement, as I paced myself on the runs and am still working on kipping. I have wanted to lose my virginity to Helen since I started Crossfit! She was good...LOL.
