I felt like i was doing good. Had the strength and pounded out the thrusters but had to stop the rope climbs after the second 9 because i tore open both palms and couldn't hold on to the rope. Crazy WOD. I hope this dosen't come around for a while again.

Wow....

Subbed to 95# for the thrusters as I did not think i was ready yet for the 115#. My last 9 was an unbroken set tough, so Next time a 115# Thruster WOD comes up, I am going to try it!

Since they had a Basketball game on, I hung the green rope over the 11 foot pullup bar for acsents.

My workout had a few pauses as Sean was making up the WOD as well and another guy was trying to go over the onramp curriculum unassisted (we helped him out with what was to be covered on day 6 as well as showing him the foot clamp).

Anyway, with the Subs and all that going on, the WOD time ended up being 42:18!!!!

Even with all the breaks (there was a 2 minute wait to get on the rope after my last set of Thrusters), pukie was knocking on my door on the last round of ascents! I could not imagine if we had been able to do this unbroken!

Gonna go back later today for the DL WOD.

Subbed 95lbs. on my thrusters. Worked in with Neil. This was a blast. Yeah Just loved it. 43:24. Can't wait for this one again............
