These are squat not power snatches.
Going to try and get around to this. I have not done a WOD since the lunges. My legs feel worse than when I picked up NCO in the Marine Corps (all Marines should know this feeling!). My quads and glutes have felt like rocks since Friday morning....LOL. been trying to let them recover, but they are still very sore today.I WILL MAKE UP MY MISSED WODS!
