LOL...Never did the TGU before, so I watched the Vids last night as well as a bunch on Youtube...Good stuff! Practiced with a 20# KB, then grabbed my 2 pood...LOL...YEAH RIGHT!Went to the gym today. Grabbed a 60# DB and gave it a shot. I did 1 and was VERY shaky, so I decided to scale it back to 40#.Row was done in 1:45, then hit the floor for the TGU's. like 3 reps into it and my heart was racing! I did them on my right till I was real shaky, then swapped to the left for a few. I continued switching when I needed to. Had a couple fails where I had to drop the DB (always coming up off the knee, or on the way back down to the elbow). In the end of the 20 minutes I had completed only 20 complete reps, and was completely smoked!Great workout! I loved it!
