145 pounds...tried for 165, and then 155 several times to no avail.My technique is not right. I am basically 'power snatching' it. I am getting that extension at the hip and a powerful shrug to put it over head...but I am barely dropping under it and not continuing into a OHS. I need to practice my oly lifts a lot. I am signed up for the level 1 cert in May, so that will help.After I was done, I did the wallBall/L pull up WOD from earlier this week.
