These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms.

Gym is closed due to something with the renovation!
Gonna sub the Row for Sumo Deadlift-High Pulls with a 45# bar, since that is what I have here at home. Not sure yet what I am going to snatch...LOL...All I have is a 20# KB, 1.5 pood KB, and 2 pood KB. And some 10# DB's...lol...
