Five rounds for time of:15 foot L-rope climb, 1 ascent
5 Parallette handstand push-ups
10 Overhead one-legged squats, 45 pound barbell
For the rope climb, begin seated on the ground.
For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level.
For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

My WOD for the day was
3 rounds for time
run 200 meters
50 jump rope
15 push ups
15 pull ups
15 sit ups
TIME was 17:22---BUT the best part is I have gone from doing body weight rows for pull ups, to using 4 ban's, to 3 ban's AND TODAY I have gone to 2 BAN'S..YES!!!Im getting there
I scaled the hell out of this...LOL

1st round almost as Rx'd! Only scaling was that I did Pistols (5 each leg with the PU uprights assisting for balance when needed) instead of the 45# OHS on one leg. HSPU were not full ROM, either, but I was trying!
2nd round I switched to regular HSPU.
3rd round through 5th round, my L rope climbs were as high as I could get (about 8-10 pulls each climb, eye level with BBall net), my HSPU were facing the wall now instead of back to wall.
Oh, and I ran a little over 3 miles at lunch :)
