I have 3 WODs to make up...LOL..
Since I struggle with these, I worked on form. even these light weights are difficult for me.45-65-85-95-105 (2+3 broken)Then I tried 125 for shits and giggles and got it kinda easy and very clean!I also did my first strict (no kip) Muscle Up today!
45-50-55-60-65 yeah I need to work them! but after I did that I rowed 2500 meters in 12:22 =) I'm getting faster!Neil- Congrats on your no kip Muscle UP!!
