50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

The last time we did this (November 11th), it took me 54:00 with single unders instead of doubles. So this time I dropped 18:50 and nailed the DU's... Pretty happy with that improvement!

ran 3.3 miles at lunch about 4 hours before this WOD... took me 21:25.
