WOD 1
3 rounds for time of:
10 Overhead Squats 135 lbs
50 Double Unders
Post total time.
WOD 2
30 muscle-ups for time.
If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
Post total time.
