Two WODs to celebrate Day 1 of the 30 day nutrition challenge! If you would like to post all of your meals on, then by all means, go ahead. It might be easier to just create a daily journal entry concerning your progress through the nutrition challenge.

3 rounds for time of:
10 Overhead Squats 135 lbs
50 Double Unders

Post total time.

30 muscle-ups for time.

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
