Fun Friday!

In teams of four:

Each team will start with 1 of each:

20 pound med ball
30 pound dumbbell
35 pound bumper plate
45 pound bar
53 pound (1.5 pood) kettlebell

Your team will then run 1 mile collectively with these items. Your team is not finished until all team members and items have crossed the finish line.
