Description: For 20 Minutes
Odd minutes: 5 Deadlift 185 lb / 115 lb
Even minutes: 10 Burpees
You can run 8 people at a time on the WOD. We have 4 bars. 4 people start on Deadlift and 4 start on Burpees. Switch every time clock goes to each minute. If you finish Deadlifts in 10 seconds that means you have 50 seconds to rest before starting burpees on next minute. Try to keep a pace so a minute never runs out.
