Partner Bear Complexes
Description: As many reps as possible in 12 mins

The way this works:
Pick a partner that is around your same strength. Then pick a weight. RX'd weight is 135 lb male 95 lb female. So scale off of this.

Partner A will complete the complex below one time then Partner B will complete one complex. This will continue for a 12 min AMRAP.
