With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Pull Up (Chest To Bar) in the first 1 min,
2 Pull Up (Chest To Bar)s in the second 1 min
3 Pull Up (Chest To Bar)s in the third 1 min
...
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
Each for time:
Run: 2x 800 m
Work to rest ratio 1:1 (Run in 3 minutes, rest for 3 minutes).
