Split Jerk (Alternating Legs) 4x4 at 50% 1RM 

Rest as needed between sets.

This is a low weight speed and balance practice effort, watch each other and focus on quickly moving under the bar and getting your foot placement right.

21-15-9 reps, for time of: 
Push Jerk, 135 lbs 
Push-up (hand release)

For time: 
1 Ring Plank
Lower the rings to just above the ground and post up for as long as you can hold on.
