Team or Solo
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
8 Handstand Push-ups
8 Box Jumps, 30/24 in
1 Rope Climb, 15 ft
If you choose to complete this WOD
as a team, then one member will run 250 m while their partner goes
through the workout, picking up where your partner left off accumulating
total rounds.
