Medicine Ball Clean and Throws 4x5 

Rest as needed between sets.

Perform medicine ball clean and throw, thrusting the ball up and as high into the air focusing keeping the ball as close to the body as possible.

50 Big Tire Flips 
60 Handstand Push-ups 
70 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 70 lbs 
80 Tire Jumps 
90 Hang Cleans, 115 lbs 
Overhead Walk, 115 lbs, 100 m

Split into teams. Perform 100 meters of overhead walk per team member.
