Weighted Pull-up 4-4-4-4-2-1 

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. 
Rest as needed between sets.

Road Run, 65 lbs, 1000 m (gym to beach)
Road Run, 65 lbs, 1000 m (beach to gym)

Split into 2 teams: 
65 LBS per team member 
Team members can carry each others weight 
Weight can be comprised of: Kettlebells, plates, weighted vest, wall balls, slam balls.
2 different items minimum per team member.
