1 Pull Up (Chest To Bar)s
1 Ring Dips
You may do the pullups and ring dips in as large of sets as you'd like. Round score must be in 1:1 ratio. Ex: If you do 15 pullups and 12 dips, you only get 12 rounds.

Every 1:30 for 15 mins do:
3 Position Snatch Complex (Ground, Above Knee & Power), pick load
