Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
--Then--
For 6 cycles:
AMRAP in 2 mins of:
7 Push Press, 115/85 lbs
7 Front Squats, 115/85 lbs
10 AbMat Sit-ups
Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
