3 Strict Press, 65/45 lbs in the first 1 min 

3 Strict Press, 65/45 lbs + 10 lbs in the second 1 min 

3 Strict Press, 65/45 lbs + 20 lbs in the thrid 1 min ... 

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Death By Front Squat 

 With a continously running clock perform: 
1 Front Squat, 95/65 lbs in the first 1 min 
1 Front Squat, 95/65 lbs + 10 lbs in the second 1 min 
1 Front Squat, 95/65 lbs + 20 lbs in the third 1 min ... 

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Death By Wall Ball 

 With a continously running clock perform: 
5 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs in the first 1 min 
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs in the second 1 min 
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs in the third 1 min ...
