Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell Overhead Squats, 35/25 lbs
16 Kettlebell Swings, 35/25 lbs

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
