2 Ring Push-ups and 2 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs in the first 1 min
4 Ring Push-ups and 4 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs in the second 1 min
6 Ring Push-ups and 6 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs in the third 1 min
...
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
