Subbed 135# for 95# on Squat Cleans

Since it was the First WOD I have done with GHD Sit-ups, I was going to do 25-20-15-10-5...LOL...Yeah Right! I did 25 for First set, and after 5 on the second my hams were feeling like they were shredding....lol...I switched to Decline sit ups at RX'd numbers.

So:
95# Squat Clean x10
25 GHD Sit-ups
95# Squat Clean x8
5 GHD Sit-ups, 35 Decline Sit-ups
95# Squat Clean x6
30 Decline Sit-ups
95# Squat Clean x4
20 Decline Sit-ups
95# Squat Clean x2
10 Decline Sit-ups

I also ran 3.7 Miles today at lunch, and was going to run a treadmill Tabata immediately after the WOD. I got 2 minutes into it and my legs were SMOKED!

Planning on being at the Base Gym in the morning to do the Fight Gone Bad work out, even though I am not in it....Anybody else planning on doing it?
