Day 7 OnRamp curriculum, Day 7 WOD in i think 11:35

did a 'Modified' WOD for today of:
40 Pull-ups
400m run on treadmill at level 7.5
10 95# thrusters
800m run on treadmill at level 7.5
10 95# thrusters
400m run on treadmill at level 7.5
30 Pull-ups

then as I was waiting for the OL to get done with her workout, I did a treadmill TABATA at level 8.5 with 12 incline.
