I cheated and did singles....6:51was doing it without shoes and am horrible at double unders. After hitting my toes a few times with the rope (in the first like 30 seconds), I decided to do singles...LOL.
I, the same as Neil, suck at double unders and cheated.10:57My right leg is swollen really badly from about mid-thigh to the ankle but I did the singles X2 and added 5 at the end of each cycle. Swollen leg and all, I managed to complete the WOD. Time sucked but I did it.
