My Shoulders are super-weak....LOL...My Right side could push more, but the left side was not putting any more up (I failed at 125 and 115).

This was my first time doing back squats with any weight since 1998...LOL...Failed with 225

Deadlift felt easy at 345, but the form was not that good. I came up with my legs too quick and used a lot more back than I should have. I still need to work on form I guess. I recorded a vid of it, and it is plain as day!

On another note, I think I wrote 705 on the whiteboard instead of 655....Just want to be honest. I looked at my sheet and my 4 looked like a 9, so when I added the numbers up I did not notice this.

Total-560lbs

All in all not bad for a weak old fireman who never really lifted weights. The 1130 guys were beasts today. Throwing up a lot of weight. Very impressive.
