Tuesday 091027 "Nate" Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of: 2 Muscle-ups 4 Handstand Push-ups 8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings Post rounds completed to comments.
Still unable to do hanging Muscle Ups, so Muscle Ups were done with a jump starting with arms straight and unflexed. The first couple rounds the rings were overhead, but then were lowered with the bottom of the rings at eye level for the rest.
HSPU's were done with toes resting on the bar on top of the squat racks (maybe 5 feet from ground).
