LOL.....I did some major scaling on this one. I can't do HSPU, so I did push ups with my feet on the trunk of the car. Actually, my first 11 push ups were with my feet on the post to my PU bar with my body at about 70 degrees from the ground. Then I wussed out and moved to the trunk. Pull ups were not weighted, as I wanted a little more speed out of this workout. Time= 10:10Ran an extra 400m to motivate the kids, since they did this with me. Ran it with the 15y/o to make him run harder...LOL. 15y/o/m did Jumping Pullups and push ups on the bumper. 13y/o/f did body rows and 'girl' push ups.
