6:18 HSPU done with feet on squat rack. Did do 3 HSPU with back to wall after WOD though! First time I have ever done them correctly.Also fixed my jump rope and practiced my DU's. Did a few consecutives for the first time.
155 pd's for Deadlifts then 15 pd dumbells for my arm's my HSPU are not there yet...TIME 6:32
