5 Ascents of a 15' rope (Believe our rope is 25')
21 Ring dips
50 Squats

Sorry Neil I dont know what time.....

So excited about the squats and the dips!! Love them but MY dips are not rings dip yet I do dips another way....I have not gotten to the rings yet!

Well, that sucked...LOL...Don't really know what is going on with me the last couple days but I feel SUPER-WEAK! Maybe it is all the not-so-good food from all these christmas parties. Rope Climbs kicked my ass to where I wanted to quit on the second round. I was getting the same pain in the side of my arm as I had yesterday. My ring dips felt all weird, too... Oh well though. I sucked it up and completed the WOD, even though I took some long ass breaks between each climb and like 3 trips to the water fountain.


Since the WOD took me so long, I punished myself to a 20 minute tempo ride on the trainer with my bicycle. That definately made me sweat and had my heart racing!
