wow! i am not a thruster machine, so i started by scaling to 115#. First round was taking forever and was getting a weird sharp pain down the length of my arm, so the next 4 rounds were scaled even further down to 95 pounds.Time:32:29Not impressed by it at all. Would have been happier to get that time with all 5 rounds at 115 or 135....i know i needed the scaling to get the full affect of the wod though.It is nice to see a few more people there getting the WOD done on Saturday, too.
