19:30Damper at 7. First time ever doing 5k. I hit 2500m at 9:40, so I slowed down just a little on the second half. I was hating it....LOL....
My first time to...for rowing5kMade it to 3500 at 17 min's - my back so getting a pain. Next time it will be the whole WOD!
