I see either a shoulder WOD (Push Press, Shoulder Press, Push jerk), or a Bench press for Friday with the same programming... Let's see!

could have probably stuck with the 225 on the 30-set, and could have gone heavier on the 20-set.

Great Job Matt on setting yourself a new DL PR on this one! Hopefully you, Smitty, and Adrian will post up your lifts.

The best thing about this WOD was my mother watched me and I could not image I did my max lift 3 times after doing all the others WHOOP WHOOP
