I did try to throw a 205 in for the last heavy, but as soon as I started to squat I felt a bad pressure and decided against it. the set of 20 and the set of 30 were broken, but the stops were only to reset my grip. These lifts kill my fingers. I am not gripping the bar, but the fingers are on the bar and bent back so far that it starts to hurt. I found a really comfortable hand position on the last set....too late though.
Took a couple of the kids with me: David- 15yo/m/Maybe 140-150lb 580lb total 95-95-115-75-135-65 Need to work with him on his squat form a lot more. He has trouble keeping the weight back on his heels and brings his knees in as well. He was getting much better near the end though.
Nick- 10yo/m/75lb 165 total 25-25-35-25-35-20 First time working with him on squats. Used the 15# bar and did a lot before starting. Wrist Flexibility an issue, as well as coming up on his toes...
