205225230235240245255(PR)Saw the new bar sitting near the whiteboard and HAD to be the first one to use it and chalk it all up...lol...I am such a kid sometimes. I put it in the equipment room because I was not sure if we were leaving it out or what. Nice knurling on that bar!
Oh, I also did a Muscle Up progression with the rings well over head! They were at least 6 and a half feet up, so I could not assist too much with a jump...LOL....It was not pretty, but felt good anyway!
