Total:250HSPU- 25 Squats- 160Pull Ups- 35Push Ups- 30Most HSPU I have ever done on the wall. I have been doing them using a bar across the squat rack every other time. This time I was facing the wall with toes on wall, hands about 12" from wall.Squats straight wore me out...LOL...Taped hands before starting to try to keep my fresh skin, tape was trashed after 15 PU's, so I had to get it off. That slowed me a little and I prob lost 5-8 PU's.
