Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

Done at Fitness Warehouse:

Took my time on BE and OHS. Scaled to 55# on OHS.
4 and 2/3 rounds complete.

I couldn't find your e-mail on your blog so I'm leaving a comment here instead. I'm stationed up in Norfolk and will be returning from Iraq soon. I wanted to find out a little more detail on the cert coming up in may. Shoot me an e-mail when you get a chance.
