WEDNESDAY 100317 

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

For time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

51:20 as Rx'd

Pull ups, push ups, and squats done in 20 sets of 5/10/15.

Push ups were my ONLY bottleneck! Pull Ups and Squats gave me no troubles at all in the 5/10/15 fashion...Runs were to the large electrical box at the beach and back.

If I did all my math right, here is how the rounds were broke down.

First run was 7:04
Round 1-5 was 4:56
Round 6-10 was 10:45
Round 11-15 was 9:30
Round 16-20 was 9:15
Last run was 9:50
