I had a WOD made up for me today
20 walking lunges
15 kettle balls swings
15 abs-with med.ball side to side
50 jump rope
4 rounds for time 12:00 =( damn jumprope
I will start putting more cardio in my wod's I will make up the WOD this weekend!

oh.....and I run/walked a mile and calfs were on fire- but enjoyed felling the BURN
