I had a WOD made up for me today20 walking lunges15 kettle balls swings15 abs-with med.ball side to side50 jump rope 4 rounds for time 12:00 =( damn jumpropeI will start putting more cardio in my wod's I will make up the WOD this weekend!
oh.....and I run/walked a mile and half...my calfs were on fire- but enjoyed felling the BURN
