Push ups-Sit ups-Pull Ups- Box jumps
Row 400 meter TIME WAS 17:23
THIS workout was to HONOR the crew of our Helicopter that went down today- MAY YOU ALL MAKE SPEEDY RECOVERY!!! Thinking about all and Thank you who all that has help them in some way!!

Misty, should have let me know and we could have done this at the Gym together.

Here are my Loads:
95-115-125-135(PR)-120-115(2)-105

Then I did a couple Muscle Ups before the CFE Strength and Recovery:
GHD Sit-ups- 3x15
GHD hip extensions- 3x15
Kettlebell swings(1.5 Pood)- 3x15
Bench Press (only 95#)- 3x15
Pull-ups- 3 max sets of dead-hangs
