Well it looks like im done for at least 4 months, 6 months max, just found out today that i have a completly torn ACL in my right knee. I have to get surgery to fix it. but i am going to do all i can to rehab as fast a possible. ill keep you guys up to date on my progress and send vids of my one legged WODs. cause i am still going to CrossFit. im going to be one of those guys with a big upper body and chicken legs.Ha Ha
