185 pound barbell, Shoulder to overhead, 20 reps
40 Burpees

Partition as needed, any order.

I used 145# for this. Don't remember time right now, but should have it somewhere. Started using push presses, then as I started to tire out I went to push jerks, and finally split jerks. Burpees sucked as
