Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Lets start posting our times to the workouts on the page. Get more people involved and make the web page something worth looking at. Also this will give everybody a chance to see where they stand.
